    You ever felt when you see a scene that there is some thing to be captured but you just can't nail it exactly. Everytime I would see this river bend I would want to shoot but the sky would not be interesting or the tall grass would hide the river bend. The missing ingredient was Snow. It totally transformed the scene to a wonderland and the sunset colors were vibrant on that one day I decided to check the place out after work. The Shot was Captured in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah

    The warmth and contrast, the reflection of the sun on the river, the way your eyes follow the winding water--all these elements make this a beautiful landscape. I've been to this part of Utah myself, but only in the summer. Thank you for showing us another side as many may not venture out in the harsh winter. There was a good deal of thought and planning behind this photograph, nice job!
