Valentina and I were dating for about a year when I got a dream job as a guide in Patagonia, she was still studying at nurse school at the moment and could not come with me, so we started a long distance relation. Now I´m currently working my third season in Patagonia and Valentina is finishing her internship, all this time bearing with the distance with huge amounts of love and patience. This foto depicts her in an abandoned gaucho outpost at Sierra Baguales in one of her visits.

Beautiful portrait Eduardo. I am happy you kept Valentina's head separated from the reflected mountains. I love how her gaze is looking up to the sunlit peaks. And then after reading your caption, her gaze means more. I feel her, and then you, both looking forward to the future when you two can be together. That life is a journey, and because of her, you are looking forward to it. Very well done.
