In Mongolia there are two major forms of transportation:the horse and the SUV. Both offer air conditioning, lack shock absorbers and can benefit from a protective mantra. Picture taken as members of NG adventure prepare to "thunder hoof" back to camp.

The automobile is the modern element but of course it has a fan mounted to the ceiling. The blue of the fan, the polarized tint of the wind screen and the uniforms make a great ensemble that brings you in. Mongolia seems other worldly, on it's own clock, against time. And this image puts you there, wondering where we're going. Great image.
