In Mongolia there are two major forms of transportation:the horse and the SUV. Both offer air conditioning, lack shock absorbers and can benefit from a protective mantra. Picture taken as members of NG adventure prepare to "thunder hoof" it back to camp.

I have many "through the windshield" shots from my vacations, but none as perfectly composed as this one.  Love it!

So many colors on the dashboard make an amazing frame for what can be seen through the windshield.

I feel like I a child in the back seat of the car, waiting for the driver to get back in so we can leave. I love how the action is framed by the dash board and visor. So many details; how many miles is on the odometer, it's 2:30 and I want to eat lunch, what is the information clipped to the visor and what is that blue swag hanging behind the fan? This photo brings back all those feelings from the back seat perspective.
