To me, I feel that this is one of the most humane and safe ways to kill an animal for multiple reasons. America is machine which strives on profit and beating their previous years income. In the Philippines, provinces must kill to survive, and so they can feed their people. Not only do they kill in a humane way, but they show the animal respect by treating it right as it grows and giving it a proper burial if it passes away due to illnesses.

Either way, in the USA or the  Philippines the pig is kill. How can any one say they care , and respect the pigs. Then turn around and kill it. Believe it or not people can live with out eating meat. they can live off of all the food they feed to the pigs.

I do respect your opinion, and I'm not advising you to change it. I just wanted to share something that you may have not known. I don't state what I believe if I haven't done much thinking about it. The reason why I feel this way is because the lack of knowledge is the key to ignorance.

    All do to respect,

    Your Friend :)

One can say they care and respect for animals by raising and killing it humanely. In the Philippines they properly raise it, give it a proper funeral when needed, feed it right and then kill it in a humane way. Killing something in a humane way is to not purposely make it suffer. America has an issue with that.

I advise you to watch :

I don't understand why animals should be treated this way. Raised for mass production, profit and to make businesses bigger. I understand businesses want to make more money so they can more money for the upcoming year… but we're busting out unhealthy products here and there.

Of course people can live without eating meat, but without the proper knowledge of nutrition it can lead to really bad things. The lack of protein for one.

If you're talking about what businesses feed pigs in America, it's not necessarily true. We cannot and should not eat it.

"Pigs fed a diet of only genetically modified grain showed markedly higher stomach inflammation than pigs who dined on conventional feed, according to a new study by a team of Australian scientists and U.S. researchers."
