This photo is taken of a deserted very old Karavanserai located in a remote rode near the city of Golpayegan, Iran. We found the remains of this wonderful architecture which used to accommodate merchants on silk rout while it was completely neglected by the people and authorities. Now, It only shelters some stray animals.

Wonderful architectural shot, Amin. My eyes were first drawn to the opening in the ceiling, then back down to the spotlight on what appears to be a door at the end of the ruin. Good composition and interesting history. Nice job!
