    I took this shot inside the Banke Bihari temple during the early morning hours of the Holi festival. Devotees had come from various parts of the country to get just one glance of their beloved Krishna and play Holi with him. I knew what I wanted and I could only get that through a top angle shot. I had a 5 minute window to make this picture because the priests dont allow photographers to be upstairs for long. I managed to capture the passion of people and the chaos of colors in this shot.

    I love how this image is focused on the pillar while all of the celebratory festivities swirl around it. The combination of motion and color captured here is incredible - and the shot from above uniquely depicts the scope of the celebration. -Jassen T.
