It's always exiting to discover an other world. This world is liquid, dark without life: just stones, huge stalactites and stalagmites. Sometime, the natural light reminds you that there is an outside world. It was an underwater epic experience in the heart of Maya forest.

Simple frame that really works well for this EPIC assignment - Well done! I find in my work that not illuminating everything in a cave scene really helps add mystery and suspense. You have balanced your photograph so well with blackness and shadows circling the diver all perfectly illuminated by the shaft of light penetrating through the water. Great job!
