A cub of Galapagos Sea Lion (Zalophus wollebaeki) resting placidly at the sand of La Lobería beach, San Cristobal Island, where this species usually uses hundreds of lava rocks as a reproduction area. Galapagos, Ecuador, definitely a place to which I have to return.

I like the creativity and texture in this image. Thanks to nice framing, it takes a second to distinguish the sea lion from the sand. Lovely photograph, Kristhian.
