A Visual Diary: On June 1, 2019, I...

This assignment ran from May 31 to Jun 2, 2019.

THE PROMPT FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT IS SIMPLE: SHARE YOUR TWO BEST PHOTOS TAKEN ON JUNE 1, 2019. If your submission does NOT meet this one assignment criteria, you will NOT be selected for the final story. Deadline is June 2, 2019 at 12 p.m. ET.

See how our community spent January 1st, March 1st, April 1st, and May 1st.

Your Shot is a global community of photographers, and together we are creating visual diaries sharing moments from our lives on the same day. By using the structure of time as a common theme, we can reflect on the similarities and differences within our community.

I hope you will also recognize these visual diary assignments as an opportunity. Whether you are a professional or an amateur, these assignments require you to submit new photos. These assignments reset the playing field for every participating community member and give everyone a new chance to receive feedback and be published.

The submission deadline is June 2, 2019, at 12 p.m. ET. See you on June 1st.
