The Cape Griffon Vulture Chick which was hatched March 4 is a boy. Although its parents are in the exhibit, it is being raised by foster dad Kwa (green band) and foster mom Sefara (orange band). In the last 4 years, there have been 4 successful Cape Griffon hatched in the North American Region and all four have come from this exhibit.
