    Reported by:

When I got the call from my sister Krista (pictured), telling me that Dad may not make it through the night, I went straight to JFK and flew to Arizona. Fortunately, he did not pass that night and I was able to document the last six weeks of his life as his body succumbed to lung cancer. In this shot, Krista gives him his last bit of water from a sponge just minutes before his death.
