Buffaloes crossing the river in Orissa, India. There was a heatwave across the country and Orissa is one of the hottest places in India. As much as us humans get affected by the unrelenting heat, so do animals. I was riding through Orissa in peak summer. Something suddenly caught my eye when I was crossing this bridge. Far to my right was this herd of buffaloes, quietly crossing the river.
