I wanted to capture the more than just the fireworks so setup my tripod away from the crowd to include some of the people watching the display. As I started taking photos I realised the moon was within the frame as well as another photographer. Just before I took this I saw a boy had started running holding a light stick so I crossed my fingers so he would run along the scene, and he did leaving a nice light trail that changed colour as he moved.
