We followed this mating pair the entire day and managed to get some beautiful shots of them mating. They eventually decided to take a brake, lying down together in the grass, just staring into nothing. The wind blowing the golden black mane of the male towards the back and the beautiful sunset is what made this image special to me. I have darkened the image for a dramatic mood and selectively lightened the subjects only for more impact.
