Passions are where you find your voice and let your heart sing. Two days before this trip, I discovered I was pregnant. I remember standing in this field watching this herd of elk follow each other. If one ran, they all ran. If one ate, they all ate. I realized my life would now be a group effort. Within a year, I was back in this exact spot, doing what I love, going up mountains, camera in hand but now had a baby on my back. If my kids are to follow me one way, it would be doing their passions.
