Some weeks ago, I went to visit Hong Kong for a funeral. In between meeting with family, I explored the city of my heritage - this city was the home of my mother and grandmother. I had not been back to Hong Kong since I was 2 so it was like visiting a whole new land. I was grateful to connect to my roots. I loved getting lost in the city's many outdoor "red markets".
