Gajan - A terrible tradition in eastern india. Oh! lord Shiva this ghostly procession on honour of you is really beyond imagination. Every year in the month of april this gajan festival is celebrated here. From, Burdwan railway station it takes 40minutes to reach this village named Kurmun. These monks are so horrible that we can't imagine from the point of our normal life. That awe inspiring hellish dance with foul smelling dead body & human skeleton can turn any living soul to unite with them.
