    After the 'Big' Storm of Feb. 1, 2011 I enjoyed the bright color of the traffic sign against the black & white back- and foreground. It stood out in such a pretty and commanding way that I had to take a picture of it. I thought the small but bright splotch of orange color brought the picture to life
