    Reported by:

Three key figures of the Communist Party of China; Zhou Enlai, Mao Zedong, and Liu Shaoqi. Permanent fixtures in China's history and their portraits perfectly framed in a store front window of a photo store at the popular tourist shopping mall, Wanfujing, in Beijing, China. During the 5 years that I lived in Beijing this window display was always spotless clean. Needless to say...in China, having 'Good Face' is extremely important...

I still really love this moment and the image. Great toning job here, Wesley. You captured a nice slice of life in the city moment and you composed it so wonderfully. It's interesting to see the expressions of Enlai, Zedong, and Shaoqi. It's as if they are preparing to have their photo taken by you. I also really enjoy the tiny streak of water from the squeegee that is on the window.
