Canary Wharf is one of the two main financial centres in the UK and the 3 buildings in this shot are some of the most recognisable ones in the area. From this angle, I like the way the building in the middle (the 2nd tallest in the UK) is flanked on both sides by the other two with the fountain in the foreground. The sky and clouds also provide a nice contrast in the background.
