Iraq, a wall rebuilt on rubble.
In northern iraq, a base is a city. Military bases are small cities surrounded by chaos. Regretfully, this base was twice overran, and everything is destroyed. Upon that rubble, walls go back up and thousands pour in seeking shelter from conflict and violence.
