Walking Shadows
They've been walking forever, and they keep on folowing their way. For miles and miles, they stick together. A real family. They keep their costumes and culture, proud to be Gypsies. Even though they've been forced to leave their nomadic lifestyle behind, and became sedentary due to the so called "evolution" of society. Even after being chased and persecuted during the second world war. An example of unity and resilience.
I love to live in Perpignan and to be so close to this beautiful culture.
