Edit Photo Details Stop and Smell the Flowers   #myclimateaction #21cf
My commute used to be the most stressful part of my day, not to mention a huge contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. Now I have time to stop and smell the flowers on my way to work. It's the most relaxing part of my day. In Japan, people from cities have started "forest bathing," which is just walking in nature to increase happiness. While I take my showers at home (short ones!), I too believe in the psychological benefits of bathing in nature on a daily basis. Small steps to a greener world.
