One of the most pleasing sights in the maasai mara grasslands is the early morning activity in glowing sunlight. Everything seems to sparkle and shine - the flowerheads, the smooth backs of gazelles, topis and impalas, the moisture drops sprayed out of their nostrils, the manes of young lions gliding...a photographer's paradise.
