Dwarfed
Whenever I travel in Iceland, I get the feeling that human settlement is dwarfed by the surrounding landscape, as massive cliffs tower over seemingly insignificant farmhouses, yet even in that vast area, the buildings still belong entirely to their environment. This was taken at Varmahlíð on the Ring Road. By the way, this is summer, but there is still snow on the mountains.
