On Inauguration Day on January 20th there were many demonstrations in different parts of the country. I try to remain neutral and am by no means siding left or right in posting this image, it was simply an act of documentation. I purposely composed the shot though, seeing that the Hope Street Sign above the protesters. It was a powerful irony driven coincidence that I felt had to be captured. All while in the pouring rain.
