Every summer, thousands of people gather in downtown Victoria for Northwest Deuce Days, a three-day festival starring hundreds of old classics. I was just setting up this photo by the legislature grounds when a woman walked by in front of me. I didn’t notice her matching dress until she’d passed the grill and was almost out of my shot.
