Delivering fresh linen to restaurants is a necessity that most diners are unaware of that takes place as the sun is rising. While everyone in the city sleeps, these deliverymen work tirelessly to make others dining experience more inviting! The streets in New Orleans are very narrow and delivery people must work feverishly so they do not impede the flow of traffic. Such an unassuming job but so important! They make visiting the "Big Easy" more enjoyable!
