Third year tech apprentice shows new invention - a display sign made of a non-repairable flat screen TV. The master tech Zacharia (seated off camera) removed the tuner an T-con boards, replacing a capacitor and "k-cell", to make a lighted sign for a friends laptop repair shop. The lighted backpanes are destroyed and discarded in wealthy countries, but are re-purposed in Africa.
