The sanctuary of Gibilmanna, dedicated to the Blessed Virgin, is a celebrated place of worship in the metropolitan city of Palermo, located in Gibilmanna, a hamlet of Cefalù and belonging to the diocese of the same name in the religious province of Palermo. It is about 800 m s.l.m. On the western slopes of the Pizzo Sant'Angelo (top of the Madonie), on whose top there was a little church dedicated to San Michele Arcangelo.
