    the festival of holi is celebrated with a great deal of joy and obsession in nandgaon (uttar pradesh).nandgaon is part of braj bhoomi on the day of holi the men of nandgaon go to barsana and dowse the female folk. however the women of barsana resist their attempt to do so.nandgaon holi is celebrated in the hindu month of Falgun on full moon day.
