    Edit Photo Details Formerly Molten Lava   #formerlymoltenlavanowasculpture
    I was at the Griffith Park Observatory in Los Angeles and I saw what I, at first, thought was a sculpture. Then, I read the description and saw that it was a piece of molten lava that had been found near a volcano. This was the way it had cooled and turned back into solid rock. This was shot with just the available light that was in the display case.
