I got off the last bus of the day to catch the Washington Monument under sunset. I almost missed my bus home to another city. The monument was painted the nicest rose gold by the setting sun. The slight wind that blew away the summer head blurred the tip of the reflection of the monument. If I must put a label on the occasion, it would be perfectly imperfect.
