When we entered one of the many slums in the heart of Kolkata, I stumbled across images that I can never take back. In this particular slum, the people that live here drink water, cook, bathe, and clean their clothes with water from the sewage. I saw 5 year old boys bathing in this very unsanitary and gross water. I didnt even dare taking a picture of him. But instead I turned around and took this picture, of a woman cleaning her clothes in a sea of garbage.
