It's taken in mobile phone camera. This is a village named Shisoi in North Dinajpur district of Bengal. It's a tradition of tribal people and also the people of certain villages in northern Bengal to paint the walls of their houses. The painting of walls mostly done before any festivals especially when the new crops are harvested in the month of Bengali Calendar 'poush'. Before marriage or any other merry occasions they do paint their houses with floral designs and motifs. simple but vibrant.
