Paris At Night - Seine River. A night stroll along the Seine River. Actually, Paris is called the "City of Light" because it was a place of enlightenment in the 18th century. During this age of enlightenment, Paris became the center of education, philosophy and learning. Even so, the lights of Paris make it a magical place at night. Definitely worth a nighttime adventure while there. ;)
