I just can't get away from nature, the essence, beauty and wonder. It is my insperation and connection with self.When I walk through the woods I always ground with nature. My bare feet on natures ground in silence I meditate while I feel and breathe the natures amazing gift, life. In peace I admire the beauty of the higher place from the ground of the earth to the sky and all between of all natures. I like a sponge soak it up. I will return to this beautiful nature whenever I need to meditate.
