While shooting in the library at Casa Loma in Toronto, two flower girls twirled into view. They were bored waiting for the wedding to start. Their full skirts reminded me of ballerinas. Not much has changed in this grand library. It will likely be the same in a hundred or two hundred years, preserved for generations. But these two flower girls reminded me that life is transient and sweet. Special moments like this remind me to pay attention to the everyday beauty around me.
