I am having a senior moment when it comes to this girl. I am trying to remember the circumstances of the photo, but am drawing a blank. I know from my file that it was probably taken in Naungshwe, Myanmar, near Inle Lake. What is puzzling is that she is not wearing the makeup on her cheeks that is common for most girls in the area. She is obviously dressed for a special occasion, but that doesn't help. But I do love her colorful green dress and red cap. and her somewhat quizzical expression.
