Captive yet wild
This shot was the calm before the storm. The Bronx Zoo sometimes takes down a part of a wall to show visitors training exercises they do with the tigers. There is even a hole in the fence that keepers use to give rewards to the cats, and Natasha (the tiger) had stuck her paw through the hole at lightning speed and almost ripped her keeper's hand off. Needless to say, the training exercise ended pretty quickly after that, but it was a good reminder of how unpredictable wild animals can still be.
