The children who grow up in huge cities amidst condo canyons need to know what is at stake. It's not concrete and screen time. They need to feel the wonder of a tranquil world where they discover life cycles and their part in the world. They need to see the stars at night. If they don't know what's at stake how can they care enough to preserve it.
