Children and adults play in the Tijuana Sea, just in the northwest corner of Mexico, along the border with the United States. A few meters away is the metal fence that divides the countries, and extends to the ocean. On this side, people are happy to be able to get wet and have fun with the water. The city, although with manifest insecurity, is a festive city.
