Diego Telles is an acclaimed Guatemalan chef. I got the opportunity to come to his restaurant “Flor de Lis” and chat with him about his inspiration and the innovative signature on every dish he serves. “We don’t prepare typical Guatemalan food. But rather, we take typical Guatemalan products and ingredients and from there construct our own vision of Guatemalan food".
