Bromeliads on cypress taken on our guided swamp walk tour behind Clyde Butcher's Gallery in the Big Cypress National Preserve. It was very high and dry in the swamp, due to lack of rain. However, massive swarms of mosquitoes made taking photos challenging in spite of protection, head netting, hats, and repellent. Still, it was inspiring to be out in the wilderness of the south Florida swamp.
