Fan throated lizard Fan throated lizard (Sarda superba) is a species of agamid lizard found in India. It lives in open ground area patches like scrublands. It camouflages well in scrublands. In breeding season, it opens its fan and displays it to attract the female. Males have their own territory. Territorial fights are seen during breeding season between the males.
