I was doing a portrait session for one of my friends with the skyline in the background when we stumbled upon an ostentation of peacocks. We took a break to photograph the birds, and I captured this moment of a peacock observing (maybe admiring?) DTLA. I found out later that the peacocks lived in the neighborhood, but didn't belong to any of the people who lived there...which I guess makes it an infestation of an ostentation?
