We ventured from our home in Ontario across Canada to explore the wildness of British Columbia, yet it's the backyard trampoline of my husband's childhood best friend, and his children which have captured our kid's attention. That and the hope of seeing the neighbourhood black bear who roams their suburban street on a regular basis.
