When shooting a story about the only female ROTC cadet on her Ranger Company team at Mizzou, it struck me how much her team was her family. Here, she crosses a lofty rope bridge while the rest of her teammates wait and encourage her before all moving to the next challenge on the obstacle course. Everyone insured that the team moved as a single unit rather than a group of individuals during training and had each other's back in every aspect of life outside of military duty, regardless of gender.
