Raspados
Scraping is a soda or snack composed of crumbled or grated ice with syrup or syrup of varied flavors. It receives different denominations, depending on the country. They are usually marketed by street vendors, who carry a block of ice in a cart. Its preparation is quite simple. A manual machine is used to grind the ice, although other peddlers normally use an iron brush to cut it.
