    I took this from a local beach in Connecticut towards New York City with a long telephoto lens. I have always been amazed that the buildings are clearly identifiable from 35-40 miles away. One World Trade Center is visible in the left third of the frame (with the sun reflecting on the right side of the building) and the Empire State Building can be seen just to the left of the sailboat.
